She is the creator and visionary behind DISCflex, an advanced behavioral assessment platform built by a global, multidisciplinary team she led. The DISCflex team included behavioral experts, psychometricians, IT specialists, behavioral scientists, psychologists, and leadership and management professionals from sectors such as sales, customer service, and the broader medical profession. The platform is recognized for its validated, real-world applicability and its precision in behavioral insight.

Education and writing have always been critically important to Hellen. Under her leadership, Indaba Global built a comprehensive e-learning ecosystem that includes certifications, advanced courses, and hundreds of hours of high-definition training content featuring practical examples and real-world exercises. She is also a best-selling author of The 21 Laws of Influence and Noble Intent, along with dozens of widely read management and leadership books, blogs, and articles.
