The DISCflex Gold Package is designed for organizations, coaching firms, consulting groups, and development teams that want to deploy DISCflex at a much larger scale.
This package provides the capacity to embed DISCflex more deeply into leadership development, team effectiveness, coaching, communication, culture, and talent-development initiatives. By giving people a shared behavioral framework, DISCflex helps move conversations beyond personality labels and toward practical behavioral choices that improve execution, collaboration, accountability, and leadership effectiveness.
The Gold Package includes 5 DISCflex Master Certifications, allowing multiple professionals within your organization or coaching practice to become equipped to use the DISCflex framework. This makes it especially valuable for firms with several coaches, facilitators, consultants, or internal development professionals.
The package also includes the DISCflex AI Assistant, which can support certified users with interpretation, behavioral flexing recommendations, sub-factor analysis, debrief preparation, team-development planning, workshop creation, coaching content, and client communication.
A key advantage of the Gold Package is unlimited DISCflex Team Reports, giving you the ability to use DISCflex across teams without being constrained by a report limit. Combined with 1,000 DISCflex Assessments, this creates substantial capacity for large leadership programs, organizational development initiatives, client engagements, workshops, and team-development projects.
The Gold Package also includes an 80% discount level, providing significant long-term value for organizations using DISCflex at scale.
Included in the Gold Package:
- 5 DISCflex Master Certifications
- DISCflex AI Assistant
- Unlimited DISCflex Team Reports
- 1,000 DISCflex Assessments
- 80% Discount Level
The Gold Package is a strong fit for organizations and coaching firms that want DISCflex to become a core behavioral framework across multiple programs, clients, or teams.
