The DISCflex Silver Package is built for coaches, consultants, training professionals, and organizations that plan to use DISCflex more extensively across multiple clients, teams, or development programs.
This package expands your capacity to deliver DISCflex-based coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness, communication training, and behavioral development at a broader scale. With 10 DISCflex Team Reports, the Silver Package allows you to explore team dynamics, behavioral clusters, gaps, and Team Governing Behavior across multiple groups. You also receive 300 DISCflex Assessments, giving you significantly more capacity for coaching programs, leadership initiatives, workshops, and client engagements.
